On October 7, 2022, a planning meeting was held online as part of the UTTERLY project under the “ERASMUS+ CAPACITY BUILDING IN THE FIELD OF HIGHER EDUCATION” program.
Among the main issues on the agenda were the following:
- EACEA (European Education and Culture Executive Agency) report on project activities and their results.
- Updating the work plan of the project.
Within the framework of the meeting, Vitaliy Kukharskyy, Vice-Rector for Research, Teaching and IT-Development of Lviv University, presented the response of EACEA to the June report.
At the meeting, it was also decided to prepare the following documents by October 31, 2022:
- A strategy to reduce and overcome risks related to the Ukrainian war, Covid-19, and external problems that may affect the project’s progress.
- An initial plan for the developing of a comprehensive and structured sustainable development strategy until the end of the project.
- A roadmap for Teacher Certification Centers.
- Advanced quality assurance plan.
Vitaly Kuharskyy also presented the updated work plans of the project, and PMV discussed the place and format of the following meetings.
As a result, three options for the next meeting were proposed:
- At Vytautas Magnus University (next week Asta Raupeliene has to agree on the date of a possible meeting)
- At the Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines University (Jan Borm proposed the following dates: November 16-18, November 23-25 , and December 5-7).
- In Wroclaw (December 2022).
We plan to discuss all these proposals with Ukrainian colleagues and then will decide at the previously scheduled meeting in October 17-21.
