Wider objective: To improve the quality of administrative and educational services for international students and integrate them into social community of Ukraine and Europe, that will
- increase the number of international students and incoming staff in the mid and long-term;
- enable opportunities for self-expression of students;
- foster comfortable living during training (for students) and lecturing (for staff);
- prepare them for future successful career and well-being;
- develop European mindset, European values, Integrate to European society;
- increase the attractiveness of Ukrainian Universities.
Specific Project Objectives:
- To modernize the offices for foreign students.
- To adapt training to the needs of the students and ensure quality.
- To develop and implement set of activities (strategy) to integrate foreign students and incoming staff into social and cultural community, implement it at partner HEIs and disseminate among other Ukrainian HEIs.
- To develop friendly environment, tolerance for other nationalities, promote values of cultural diversity in the Ukrainian society.
- To build capacity of University, friendly for incoming teaching staff and students.
Results:
- Comfortable studying and living of international students and incoming staff of the HEIs, involved to the project.
- Modernized students office (welcome centres).
- Trained administrative and teaching staff of the HEIs involved (to improve English via organization of English courses, learn teaching methodology for international students, learn crosscultural aspects).
- Strategy of activities for international students integration.

- Training of staff
- Creation of Info/knowledge/leisure/communication centre (zone) , zone for coworking, leisure and entertainment for international and local students, (the following equipment will be purchased: for students – computers camera system for online streaming, furniture can be co-financed y HEI).
- Modernization of administrative procedures.
- Development of strategy of IS (website, social media, cultural activities, calendar plan).
Research of aspects of the countries of students
Improvement of university infrastructure (making it friendly for international students an incoming staff)
Development of algorithm of integration of students (that will work for students from any country)
Plan of cultural, networking activities during the years of study - Preparation of Informational materials (for new comers, for the website) (Guide, Manuals).
Translations - Modernization of website in English with instructions for international students and incoming staff.
